Login to the CRM system to access functionality. Please note the CRM system is seperate from the main Digial Voice account login.
Keep track of you're customers. Use the search facility to quickly locate and update customer information as well as log any communications between you and your customers.
Goto the Customer Database module..
Users are identified by their email address and are automatically sent a password when their account is setup by their employer. Depending on their role a user is given access to features within the CRM system.
The CRM system is still under development. User documentation will be availible soon.
